Studio 417 Salon opened in 2000 when Springfield, Missouri native, Paul Catlett, realized his dream of bringing classic and technically sound hair dressing to the Midwest. His Vidal Sassoon education and styling experience in Southern California, along with his blue-collar upbringing, provided him the know-how and drive to be successful in the cosmetology industry in Springfield MO. The salon has grown year after year to more than thirty-five team members. In 2013, Catlett and business partner Thad Forrester, founded Hudson Hawk Barber & Shop, now operating 5 locations in Springfield and Kansas City, Missouri.
