Consultation appointments: Consultations are required for corrective color, perming, wig and extension services. Consultations are offered for haircut and color services as well. Consultations are $30 and must be prepaid.
Booking multiple appointments: When booking more than two hair or makeup services, a deposit of 50% is required.
Specialty Services booking: Ouidad (curly hair) Services, Keratin Complex and QiQi Smoothing Treatments, Hair and Eyelash extension application services require a 50% deposit to book the appointment.
Appointment Cancellation: We request that you give at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours in advance or “no show”, we ask that you pay for your missed appointment in order to re-book. Of course we are always happy to make exception for emergencies or illness; we know your time is important, and we thank you in advance for considering ours.
Additionally, should you miss more than one appointment, we will require you to pre pay for your future appointments.
Service Redo: We stand behind our work and it is our desire to always do our best. Sometimes, a service needs to be redone. If you feel this is the case for you, please email [email protected] and provide a detailed description and photos of your area(s) of concern. Management will visit with your stylist, come up with game plan and contact you regarding your concern. This process can take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). We do not offer money back. Thank you!

Special Order Products: All special orders must be paid at the time of ordering.

Extension/Wig Deposit: A consultation is required prior to booking extension removal or application. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of extension service cost is required at time of appointment booking for extension application. For wigs and clip-in extensions, a non-refundable deposit of 100% of extension cost is due at time of ordering. The deposit will come off the final bill total. Services must be received within 30 days of paid deposit. Thank you!
Extension Refund: Extension sales (including deposits) are non refundable, for any reason. Extension application must be within 30 days of paid deposit, or a new quote and deposit must be completed (original deposit is forfeited).
Extension application appointment cancellation: We require 72 hours advance notice of cancelation for all extension applications. Any less than 72 hours, will require a $150 rebooking fee. When cancelling an application appointment, remember stylist availability is not guaranteed, and extension application must be within 30 days of paid deposit, or a new quote and deposit must be completed (original deposit is forfeited).
